Stuart Rose, Ph.D.
President & CEO

Dr. Rose brings more than 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to his role as president and chief executive officer of OsoBio.

Prior to joining OsoBio, Dr. Rose headed a personal consultancy, Supply Chain Strategies International, which advised small— to mid–sized companies on manufacturing strategies. He also served as president and CEO of Penick Corp., vice president of worldwide manufacturing for ICN Pharmaceuticals (now Valeant Pharmecuticals), vice president and general manager of ICN Europe and senior vice president at Par Pharmaceuticals. He spent his early career at Lederle Laboratories, the pharmaceutical division of American Cyanide, where he rose to the position of vice president of international manufacturing and logistics.

 

Jeff Curl
Vice President Operations

With extensive experience in facility turnarounds, Jeff Curl has been instrumental in transforming OsoBio from an entity within a highly structured bureaucracy into an entrepreneurial and customer–focused organization.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily in parenteral manufacturing and operations in both the drug and biologics sectors. Prior to joining OsoBio, Mr. Curl held positions at Aventis Behring, Centeon and Rhone Poulenc Rorer. Now in his sixth year at OsoBio, he has led the implementation of operational excellence, including lean Six Sigma, and managing the cultural impact across the company.

 

Jeff Tripp
Vice President Materials Management

Jeff Tripp oversees all aspects of OsoBio’s packaging function, including materials management policies and implementation.

With more than 25 years of packaging experience, Mr. Tripp has vast knowledge of glass quality and defects and is considered an expert in molded and tubing glass used in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held senior positions in a number of leading pharmaceutical companies, including Cardinal Health/Catalent, Armour Pharmaceutical Co. (now CSL Behring) and Dey Laboratories.

 

Julie Miner, CPA
Vice President/CFO

Julie Miner, CPA, provides business analysis and strategic financial direction to the management of OsoBio. She is responsible for managing the company’s assets as well as overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.

Ms. Miner has more than 16 years of accounting experience in a variety of business environments ranging from manufacturing to corporate. Prior to joining OsoBio, she served as controller for Catalent Pharma Solutions. Ms Miner is a certified public accountant in the state of New Mexico.

 

Milton Boyer
Vice President Business Development

Milton Boyer is responsible for developing and guiding strategies for expanding existing business and creating new business opportunities in order to achieve OsoBio’s revenue objectives.

Mr. Boyer has more than 20 years of experience in fine chemical and pharmaceutical business development. Prior to joining OsoBio, he was director of sales and marketing for Sigfriend–USA and Chattem Chemicals. Inc. Mr. Boyer is a member of professional organizations, including Drugs, Chemicals & Allied Trades (DCAT), Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association (SOCMA) and the Generic Pharmaceutical Association (GPHA).

 

Rick Lapointe
Vice President Technology and Acquisitions

Rick Lapointe is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to meet long–term business objectives.

Mr. Lapointe has more than 28 years of experience in sterile products manufacturing and operations. Prior to joining OsoBio, he was senior vice president of operations at Hollister–Stier, LLC, where he managed the bulk of the 500–employee work force in the departments of manufacturing, engineering, validation, project management, logistics and business development.

 

Lucy Eisele
Director of Human Resources

Lucy Eisele is responsible for human resources at the 365–employee OsoBio. She has extensive experience in the areas of compliance, training, recruiting and employee relations.

Ms. Eisele has a 20–year record of accomplishment in a range of business environments. Prior to joining OsoBio and the pharmaceutical industry, she operated her own human resources consultancy and worked with a number of specialized staffing organizations across the country. Ms. Eisele is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the New Mexico Society for Human Resources Management.
